Apartment 14 is on the 1st floor and is a cosy appartment for a maximum of 4 people. You reach the appartment via a wide granite staircase. With a view of the river Rench and the parking space, you have a beautiful apartment, right in the middle of the city. The balcony ideally complements the flat.

The whole building was completely rebuilt in 2022 and all flats are modern and comfortably equipped. The kitchen contains, among other things, a fridge incl. freezer, an oven/hob, a dishwasher, a coffee machine, a toaster and a kettle.
