Apartment 17 is on the 2nd floor (attic) and is a cosy appartment for a maximum of 4 people. You reach the appartment via a wide granite staircase. With a view of the river Rench and the car park you have a nice flat, in the middle of the city.

The whole building was completely rebuilt in 2022 and all flats are modern and comfortably equipped. The kitchen contains, among other things, a fridge incl. freezer, an oven/hob, a dishwasher, a coffee machine, a toaster and a kettle. Other amenities include: Flat screen TV, 1 large double bed, comfortable sofa bed with mattress and free Wi-Fi. The appartment offers you, besides the bedroom and bathroom, areas for living, dining, cooking and a workspace for writing. On the ground floor there is also a separate common room with washing machines and dryers. Outside you have your own parking space. There is also a small communal shed where you can lock bicycles and the like.
